Cellulite Targeting Solutions

Cellulite is a skin disorder that causes the skin to appear dimpled or lumpy. It is quite common, especially in women, and is commonly found in the buttocks, thighs, and abdomen.

Cellulite develops when fat deposits push their way through the connective tissue beneath the skin. It’s not dangerous or suggestive of a health problem, but many individuals are self-conscious about it. Cellulite is classified into several grades:

  • Grade 1 (mild): The skin has an “orange peel” appearance with 1 to 4 superficial depressions and a slightly “draped” or sagging appearance.
  • Grade 2 (moderate): There are five to nine medium-depth depressions, the skin has a “cottage cheese” appearance, and it is moderately draped.
  • Grade 3 (severe): The skin is excessively draped and has a “mattress” appearance with 10 or more deep depressions.

Although the specific cause of cellulite is uncertain, it appears that the layer of fat immediately beneath the skin’s surface interacts with the connective tissue in the dermatological layer, which is below the skin’s surface. This layer’s fat cells and connective tissue are stacked vertically in women whereas crisscrossed in males, which may help to explain why fewer men have cellulite than women.

The amount of cellulite a person has and how noticeable it is can be affected by a variety of factors, including aging (which causes a decrease in skin elasticity), hormonal factors, heredity, weight, lifestyle, and inflammation. Although several treatments claim to diminish the look of cellulite, their effectiveness varies and is often temporary. Creams, massage, laser treatments, and radiofrequency treatments are examples of these. A good diet and regular exercise are also said to help lessen the appearance of cellulite.

We all know that people research their symptoms and medical conditions online prior to attending medical appointments. Looking for prevention, treatments, alternative therapies, medications, ways to manage symptoms and the likelihood of recurrence are just some of the frequently searched terms. This advertising is ideal for companies such as pharmaceutical companies, alternative therapies and healthcare providers looking to reach individuals who have Cellulite.

Reach individuals who have Cellulite
We offer the ability to advertise on pages next to articles or websites about Cellulite. We know that people looking at content related to Cellulite either have it themselves or know someone that does have it. Individuals frequently research online prior to discussing their symptoms with their Doctor to get treatment options or prior to visiting a pharmacy to look at over the counter products to reduce cellulite. This is an ideal time for Direct to Consumer Advertising (DTC) for Cellulite treatment options.
